Job summary

Dexter is hiring a Warehouse Worker to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping within a distribution environment. Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Use RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement in the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders per company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and scanning of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
