Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use an RF/RFI gun to track inventory, verify product movement, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and basic WMS familiarity. We offer paid training and comprehensive benefits as part of a growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and safety-focused requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with RF scanners or RF/Gun preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer or WMS familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF/RFI gun to scan, track, and verify product movement.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against PO's.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, labeling, and wrapping.
• Maintain records in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Operate pallet jacks and organize stock in locations.
