Job summary

TBC Corporation in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a full-time Distribution Center Associate to handle warehouse operations and accurate order fulfillment. You will operate RF scanners, unload/load goods, and keep product organized in a fast-paced DC environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety 1st Mentality.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and more than 50lbs occasionally.
• Employment is contingent upon pre-employment screenings; market compensation.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop product knowledge and organization of the warehouse.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages/shortages and pick/ stage product.
• Load trucks and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory processes.
