Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations associate in Dixon, CA. The role involves receiving, storing and shipping products with both manual and automated tasks, using RF scanners and voice-picking to fulfill orders efficiently.

You will train across Inbound, ValueLink and Outbound areas, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensure safety standards while meeting distribution quotas. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience or voice-picking systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Willingness to work overtime and rotate into outbound duties as needed.
• Experience with warehouse safety rules and PPE usage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in Inbound, ValueLink, and Outbound areas.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan products, and input data into the system.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish shelves.
• Use voice-picking system to select large cases and smaller items for packing.
• Pack items, palletize and wrap shipments for dispatch.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, reach truck, etc.).
• Assist outbound operations as needed, potentially long-term.
