Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate in California to support order picking, packing, and shipment preparation. You will use a Warehouse Management System and may operate equipment such as forklifts or order pickers while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role requires physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and overtime with little notice. Join a team focused on efficient distribution and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and voice-picking is highly preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, performing quality checks, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick large cases or smaller items and place on carts for transport.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required by duties.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control to ensure safe work environment.
• Work on routine tasks and assist team while resolving issues.
