Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role, Sunday through Thursday with shift times and overtime as required. The role focuses on receiving, storing and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step to support patient care.

You will receive training and be expected to work in a fast-paced setting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using equipment like order pickers and forklifts when certified. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Comfort with working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Follow directions and adjust priorities as required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work in a fast-paced distribution environment with quotas and attendance rules.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment prep.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
