RC Willey is seeking an organized RTV Warehouse Associate to manage the return process for a variety of products. You will assess the nature of returned merchandise, verify claims with vendors, and coordinate return authorizations to ensure accurate processing.

This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to move furniture and large items. Starting wage is $18 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to a high-standard service culture.

Job description

RC Willey is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Return to Vendor (RTV) Warehouse Associate to manage the return process for various products. In this role, you’ll assess the nature of returned merchandise, verify claims, and request return authorizations from vendors. You’ll also maintain a well-organized RTV area, schedule returns with couriers, and communicate with vendors regarding product concerns. We’re looking for a proactive individual who is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of service and organization.

Starting Wage: $18 per hour
