Job summary

RC Willey in Utah is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to safely deliver and install furniture, appliances, and home products. The role combines driving with basic installations and a focus on outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Training pays $24.00 per hour for the first 3 weeks; after training, earnings range from $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Schedule is Monday–Saturday with Sundays off, starting at 5:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and good driving history.
• DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck or other company vehicle to deliver merchandise to customers' homes.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and defects prior to loading and delivery.
• Load and unload heavy and bulky items safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the installation of furniture, appliances, and other merchandise as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Coordinate with the delivery office and customers to resolve any issues during delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support delivery operations.

RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering and installing furniture, appliances, and other home products. Our drivers not only ensure timely and damage-free deliveries but also perform basic installations to guarantee customer satisfaction. We're looking for hardworking, customer-focused individuals who take pride in their work and represent RC Willey's commitment to excellence.

Training Pay: $24.00 per hour during the first 3 weeks of training.
Post-Training Earnings: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday, with one weekday off and Sundays always off. Start time: 5:30 AM.

Helpful but Not Required

• Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physically demanding role.
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used for assembling or handling products.
• Strong customer service experience and a commitment to providing excellent service.
