Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to unload shipments, verify items with RF scanners, tag and store goods, and support inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and returns, verify items using RF scanners, tag and store products.
• Pull in-route and customer orders, secure products for transport, assist with end-of-day order pulling.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas including Will Call, wire, crane bay, and pipe yard.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely.
• Call customers when orders arrive and provide excellent Will Call support.
• Maintain paperwork and keep area clean and safe.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Receiving Associate, you will play a critical role in keeping our inventory organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.

• Receiving & Stocking: Unload incoming shipments and returns, verify items using RF inventory scanners, attach accurate identifying tags/labels, and safely store products in designated racks using stock pickers or manual placement.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull in-route and customer orders, secure products safely for transport, and assist with final end-of-day order pulling.
• Cross-Training Opportunities: Expand your skill set across multiple specialized warehouse areas, including Will Call, the wire aisle, crane bay, and pipe yard.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including powered industrial trucks (forklifts), pallet jacks, cutting machines, and conveyors.
• Customer Support: Call customers when their orders arrive and provide exceptional service at the Will Call counter.
• Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain accurate paperwork, follow inventory management procedures, and keep your work area clean and safe.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Experience: Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail, safety-minded attitude, and willingness to learn

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

To perform the essential functions of this role successfully, candidates must be able to:

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, handle materials, and navigate the warehouse floor
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
• Safely operate or work around industrial machinery, ladders, and lift platforms
• Possess clear vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception) to read labels, inspect goods, and operate equipment safely
