Job summary

ExpressPros – Medina, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. The role handles preparing shipments, receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring packaging and shipping safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has prior shipping/receiving experience, meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems required.
• Experience with StarShip shipping software is a plus.
• Current forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong packaging, wrapping, and boxing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems
• Prepare, package, wrap, label, and box products for shipment
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and deliveries
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Verify shipment accuracy and maintain shipping documentation
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving area
• Assist with inventory control and stock movement throughout the facility
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Schedule: 6a-2:30p

Location: Medina, Ohio

Position Summary
