Responsibilities

• Cross-train across wire aisle, crane bay, and pipe yard as needed.

Warehouse Associate – High Bay Focus (Wooster, OH)

Your primary focus will be managing our fast-paced High Bay area. Operating industrial equipment, managing large-item storage, and picking orders. f you love a dynamic environment where your hustle is directly rewarded, we want you on our team!

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends!)
• Compensation: $19.00/hour
• Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonuses based on accuracy, safety, and performance

Requirements

• A High-Energy Mindset: The ability to multitask in a busy warehouse and adapt quickly to shifting daily priorities.
• Education: A High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience: Previous warehouse and forklift experience is highly preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the drive to learn!

What You’ll Do

• High Bay & Heavy Material Handling: Swiftly move materials to and from storage shelves by operating a stand up fork lift to manage bigger items in our large-item storage bays. Transfer incoming and returned materials from the shipping dock to storage racks using stock picker platforms.
• Shipping, Receiving & Fulfillment: Hustle to pull in-route and onsite orders, put them away on appropriate shelves, and jump in to assist with final order pulling at the end of the day. Ensure all products are packaged and secured for safe travel.
• Tech & Tracking: Use an RF scanner to accurately identify, pick, and put away inventory. Attach accurate tags, labels, and markings to cases, bales, and containers, and properly complete all associated paperwork. Help manage inventory using proper procedures and technology.
• Customer Service & Will Call: Practice a high level of customer service at the will-call counter. Proactively call customers when their orders arrive.
• Cross-Training: Embrace variety! Be willing to cross-train and jump in to help across the will-call counter, wire aisle, crane bay, and pipe yard.
• Safety & Maintenance: Safely operate all equipment, including powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, cutting machines, bar code readers, carts, conveyors, doors, and gates. Keep your work area neat, clean, and ready for action. (Other duties as assigned by your manager).
