Job summary

OnTrac is seeking seasonal warehouse staff in Sacramento to handle sorting, packing and moving packages as part of the holiday peak. The role requires reliability for a scheduled shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with overtime possible and overtime pay as applicable.

You will earn a weekly salary with seasonal bonuses and perks, with applications encouraged for immediate hiring. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment to help thousands of packages reach their next

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check where required.
• Able to work shifts including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, packing and loading shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Meet daily productivity targets and ensure on-time processing of packages.

Job description

Location: 1635 Main Ave. Ste 3. Sacramento, CA 95838

Pay: $18.00/hour WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: (2 Options Available) Must be available to work between 2:00pm and 10:00pm

• Monday - Friday
• Saturday - Thursday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
