Job summary

OnTrac in Milpitas, CA is seeking workers for a seasonal early-morning warehouse role. You will unload, sort, and move packages, lifting up to 50 pounds, and work within teams to ensure on-time delivery. Shifts run 4:30 AM–9:00 AM, Sunday through Monday options, with potential overtime and seasonal perks.

Applicants must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to meet pre-employment requirements. Seasonal duration runs 10/27/2026–01/01/2027 with weekly pay and flexible shift options.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Able to repeatedly lift packages as described (30–50 pounds).
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Location: 1121 Montague Expy, Milpitas, CA 95035

Pay: $18.70/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shifts: 4:30 AM - 9:00 AM

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Friday - Monday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
