Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking experienced professionals for warehouse order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. You will identify products by SKU and location, pack orders without damage, and maintain the pull cart and staging areas for accurate驗驗.

You will restock supplies, manage inventory variances, and operate pallet jacks while meeting safety standards. The role requires physical effort, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Identify product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.

• Restock supplies and inform management of shortages or variances.
• Operate pallet jack and lifting equipment; lift 50 lb regularly, up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Assist in inventory prep and participate in inventory processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently.The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers.1. Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values2. Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location3. Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products4. Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled5. Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting6. Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking7. Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery8. Tag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment9. Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders10. Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines11. Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks12. Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items13. Work with and maintains computer equipment14. Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process15. Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers16. Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity17. Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail18. Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift19. Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack20. Push or pull 50-100 pounds regularly21. Other projects as assigned by management22. Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team23. Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA24. Should possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day25.
