Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Florida to support receiving, storage, and dispatch operations within our facilities.

You will inspect shipments, organize stock, pick and pack orders, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while maintaining accurate inventory records and a clean, safe workplace.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is teamwork and clear communication with supervisors to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to safely operate stand up forklifts, cherry pickers and electric pallet jacks.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify contents and condition.
  • Organize and store products in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to procedures and customer specs.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.

About the Role:As a Warehouse Associate in the transportation and warehousing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse facilities. Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of inventory management, contributing to seamless supply chain operations. You will be responsible for maintaining organized stock areas, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting inventory control processes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
