Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix to join a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. You will move, pick, and ship products, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and support a safe, accurate supply chain workflow.

The role features a 4-day work week, Sundays off, and Friday-Friday pay cadence with competitive benefits after 30 days. Prior experience with RF scanners and voice-directed picking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per company standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders.
