Job summary

Home Brands Group LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for full-time, in-person work in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and willing to learn on the job. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, and on-the-job training will be provided. Expect 40+ hours weekly with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verify and inspect items.
• Organize and store products per safety standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations.
• Drive company vehicle with flatbed trailer as needed.
