Job summary

QCD is hiring a Warehouse Selector in Phoenix to move, pick, and deliver products in a fast-paced multi-temperature warehouse. You will load trailers, select orders, and lead associates while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, inspecting shipments, and using RF scanners and inventory systems. Competitive hourly pay, weekly schedule, and benefits after 30 days accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification / Electric Pallet Jack operation and 1+ year of safe equipment use.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Experience with voice-directed picking system (VoCollect) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per company standards.
• Use warehouse technology to track orders and inventory and complete paperwork.
