Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Selector) in Boston. In this fast-paced, on-site role you will move, pick, and ship products across multi-temperature zones, maintain safety and accuracy, and support the team with efficient warehouse operations.

You’ll use RF scanners and handheld devices, operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required), and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Ability to read labels, count accurately, and document activities.
• Experience with warehouse tech like RF scanners and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, pick, and ship products in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure safety.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality; maintain organized work area.
• Use RF scanners/handheld devices to track orders and inventory.
• Follow FEFO procedures and warehouse policies.
