Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a full-time warehouse associate for our on-site, temperature-controlled facility. You will move, manage, and deliver products safely, loading trailers, picking orders, and leading associates in a fast-paced setting with multi-temperature operations.

Join a team focused on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. The role requires forklift certification, familiarity with handheld scanners, and willingness to work a 3:00am start with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer (-5 °F to 38 °F).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.
