Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate for our Phoenix facility. You will join a fast-paced, on-site team in a temperature-controlled environment, handling order picking, loading, and inventory tasks to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

In this role, you will operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift), verify shipments, and maintain a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas.
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork.
• Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed.
