Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a General Labor individual for the Laredo Outlet. This role supports donation processing, loading, unloading and warehouse distribution in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle materials, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and assist with inventory control while delivering high-quality customer service. The position offers an hourly wage with opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in a fast-paced outdoor warehouse environment.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position; driving duties if needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials using hand truck or forklift.
• Place textiles/bundles for baler, weigh and transfer as required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain production records.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist on trucks as needed.
