Job summary

Kelly Services in Aurora, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for the first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with a pay rate of $20/hour. This temporary role has potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick parts/products or pack shipments, ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
• Fill kits and deliver to production as required.
• Quantify and verify cycle count.
• May work in Decon area: unpack, disinfect, and disposition returned product.
• Comply with EHS Quality System regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity for hands‑on warehouse experience supporting production and order fulfillment in the medical technology sector. Excellent candidates may be considered for permanent employment after the contract period.

Role Summary:

Executes receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distribution of materials required for the assembly/manufacturing of products. Performs standard warehouse activities such as raw material receiving, put-away, restocking, kit picking, and cycle counting.
