Warehouse Associate

Location: Largo, Fl

Position Summary

The Return Goods Associate is responsible for receiving and disposition of all returned products (for credit, service/repair, evaluations, loaner pool, rental program, etc.) in our Returned Goods (RG) Department. The role is primarily labor-intensive and includes tasks such as moving boxes, breaking down and building up pallets, and distributing products to correct locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process returned products according to established procedures.
• Load and unload instruments from sterilizers.
• Assist with manual decontamination activities and wipe-down processes.
• Accurately record and manage data using our Oracle Service Depot system.
• Complete necessary paperwork (RG, regulatory, service/repair forms).
• Distribute products to correct cells, factories, and/or inventory locations.
• Process work to support repair, data entry, billing, packaging, and shipping.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Rotate through various warehouse and manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Uphold standards for safety, cleanliness (5S), and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in warehouse or material handling roles and/or computer/data entry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Good computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different tasks.
• Physical:
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to stand for up to two hours at a time.
