Your Impact

The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for working in our Receiving department, including picking, pulling, receiving, labeling, and stocking purchase orders within designated timeframes. They handle products safely and follow best practices to maintain product quality.

What You Will Do
  1. Use power equipment (e.g., forklift) to unload deliveries, organizing and storing received items appropriately.
  2. Receive purchase orders accurately, checking for damages and verifying with invoices or packaging lists.
  3. Pull products from warehouse shelves based on item number, size, color, and quantity requirements.
  4. Pack and stage completed purchase orders for delivery.
  5. Verify the accuracy of items picked and staged for delivery.
  6. Complete all receiving tasks efficiently to meet or exceed performance expectations.
  7. Perform cross-functional tasks such as picking, pulling, labeling, shipping, or assisting with deliveries as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or Trade School certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in distribution center operations or warehouse work.
  • Physical ability to move continuously, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate power equipment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures and noisy environments.
  • Strong safety focus and ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred Skills/Education
  • Experience operating power equipment like forklifts or reach trucks.
  • Experience with detail-oriented tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Spatial reasoning skills for effective product placement.
