Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support offloading, receiving, stocking, and distribution in our warehouse. You will record movements in our inventory system, operate a forklift and cherry picker, and ensure accuracy in stock locations and order fulfillment.

Daily tasks include scanning inbound and outbound products, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Forklift certification required; cherry picker experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logs and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products from manufacturing facilities and suppliers.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading and scanning outbound products to shipping lanes.
• Record stock locations into the inventory system.
• Perform daily, weekly or monthly inventory cycle counts as required.
• Operate heavy industrial power equipment and work at heights with fall protection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse following safety regulations.
