Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Kansas seeks a Warehouse Associate II to support offloading, receiving, storing and shipping of products. You will use barcode scanning and inventory systems to track movement and status while safely operating a forklift and cherry picker.

The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 350 lbs, and basic computer literacy to maintain logs. Daily duties include cycle counts, packing, and ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year warehousing experience.
• Forklift certification required; cherry picker a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 350 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products using manual and powered equipment.
• Log stock locations in the inventory system accurately.
• Fulfill orders and move items from storage to shipping lanes.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse and participate in safety processes.
