Job summary

Westrock is seeking a Warehouse - Receiver at the Collins facility to accurately receive deliveries, verify quantities, and coordinate with QA and operations teams. You will operate a forklift, upload documents to NetSuite, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills using percentages and fractions while working with recipes.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify against BOL and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing.
• Operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
• Coordinate with QA team on green coffee sampling (moisture and temperature).
• Stage deliveries and communicate with Roasting/QA teams.
• Receive transfer orders from other Westrock locations and upload documents to NetSuite.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

The Warehouse - Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving all deliveries into the Westrock Collins facility. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist.

Job Duties:

• Performs truck inspection before accepting the load.
• Verifies product and quantity received matches bill of lading (BOL) and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Partners with Quality Assurance team on the collection of green coffee samples for testing which includes moisture and temperature.
• Communicates with Roasting and Grinding/QA team with staging of green coffee deliveries.
• When applicable properly receive products against PO's and upload documents to NetSuite, notifying relevant parties/individuals of parcels.
• Accurately receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Operates a powered lift truck to perform job duties.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
