Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse - Receiver at the Collins facility. You will receive deliveries, verify quantities, and operate a forklift while coordinating with QA and other teams to ensure accurate inventory and safe processes.

You will also upload documentation to NetSuite, handle transfer receipts, and maintain a clean, GMP-compliant work area. Third shift duties include contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse operation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years monitoring product quality.
• 1-2 years of certified forklift experience.
• Strong math skills using percentages and fractions with recipes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries; verify against BOL and schedule.
• Operate forklift safely and proficiently.
• Coordinate with QA for green coffee samples (moisture/temperature).
• Communicate with Roasting/Grinding QA on staging deliveries.
• Receive transfers from other Westrock locations; upload documents to NetSuite.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow GMP procedures.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.

The Warehouse - Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving all deliveries into the Westrock Collins facility. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist.

Job Duties:

• Performs truck inspection before accepting the load.
• Verifies product and quantity received matches bill of lading (BOL) and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Partners with Quality Assurance team on the collection of green coffee samples for testing which includes moisture and temperature.
• Communicates with Roasting and Grinding/QA team with staging of green coffee deliveries.
• When applicable properly receive products against PO's and upload documents to NetSuite, notifying relevant parties/individuals of parcels.
• Accurately receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Operates a powered lift truck to perform job duties.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
