Job summary

Westrock Coffee is hiring a Warehouse Associate II at the Collins facility in Conway, AR. You will accurately receive deliveries daily, inspect loads, verify items against BOL and schedules, and operate a forklift safely while coordinating with QA for green coffee sampling.

You’ll also maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant workspace, upload documents to NetSuite, and communicate with Roasting/QA teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years monitoring product quality.
• 1–2 years of certified forklift experience.
• Strong math skills for recipes using percentages and fractions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and computers (Microsoft Office).

Job description

The Warehouse Assoc II is responsible for accurately receiving all deliveries into the Westrock Collins facility. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist.

Job Duties:

• Receives deliveries daily.
• Performs truck inspection before accepting the load
• Verifies product and quantity received matches bill of lading (BOL) and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner
• Partners with Quality Assurance team on the collection of green coffee samples for testing which includes moisture and temperature
• Communicates with Roasting and Grinding/QA team with staging of green coffee deliveries
• When applicable properly receive products against PO's and upload documents to NetSuite, notifying relevant parties/individuals of parcels
• Accurately receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations
• Operates a powered lift truck to perform job duties
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
