Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a Warehouse - Receiver at our Collins facility to accurately receive all deliveries. This role reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist and requires vigilant truck inspections, verification against BOL and delivery schedules, and safe forklift operation.

You will collaborate with QA to collect green coffee samples, upload documents to NetSuite, process transfer orders, and maintain a clean, compliant work area following GMP rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years monitoring product quality.
• 1–2 years of certified forklift experience.
• Strong math skills using percentages and fractions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Warehouse - Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving all deliveries into the Westrock Collins facility. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and Inventory Specialist.

Job Duties:

• Performs truck inspection before accepting the load.
• Verifies product and quantity received matches bill of lading (BOL) and delivery schedule to ensure proper invoicing.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Partners with Quality Assurance team on the collection of green coffee samples for testing which includes moisture and temperature.
• Communicates with Roasting and Grinding/QA team with staging of green coffee deliveries.
• When applicable properly receive products against PO's and upload documents to NetSuite, notifying relevant parties/individuals of parcels.
• Accurately receives transfer orders from other Westrock locations.
• Operates a powered lift truck to perform job duties.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
