Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform distribution center shipping and receiving functions, moving products accurately and safely through the facility. You will play a key role in loading, unloading, and preparing orders for stores.

Responsibilities include paperwork, palletizing orders, operating equipment, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while meeting production standards and supporting cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable.
• Able to use a personal computer for data entry and research purposes.
• Self-motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Education.
• Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor or designee.
• Complete all documents related to shipping and/or receiving tasks.
• Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food and dairy orders for shipment to retail stores accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational checks of pallet jacks or forklifts per company policy.
• Follow sanitation practices; keep the work area clean and debris-free.
• Suggest procedural or process changes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
