Job summary

Impact Property Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support the daily loadout of installers, assist shipping and receiving, and maintain warehouse organization. This full-time role requires accuracy, safety discipline, and basic inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• RFMS systems experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, or product code).
• Fill sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or stock items and distribute items to shipping or designated area.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via computer system.
• Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to standards.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness and cleanliness.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed.
• Gathers and positions parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.

Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Warehouse Associate I for our branch operations. This position is responsible supporting and assisting the daily loadout of contract installers. The Warehouse Associate I will support the shipping and receiving process as well as maintain the warehouse cleanliness and inventory structure.

Warehouse Associate Duties And Responsibilities

• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Filling sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated assembly area.
• Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Weighing and counting items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Gathers and positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

Warehouse Associate I Competencies

• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.

Requirements

Warehouse Associate I Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license required
• 1-year experience in warehouse work environment preferred.
• Forklift Certified preferred.
• Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Warehouse facility is not climate controlled and may experience extreme temperatures.
• Requires up to 8 hours of standing/walking (with breaks).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low
