Job summary

Flooring Services LTD in Pflugerville, TX, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate/Driver to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, non-temperature-controlled environment. You will work both independently and in small teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, packing, and loading of shipments.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing inventory, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, reading production schedules, and keeping the warehouse safe and organized.

• Ability to read production schedule, various order forms and/or requisitions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual; able to communicate effectively inside and outside the company.

SUMMARY: We are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support our company's warehouse operations. You will have to work well individually and with a team to keep things running smoothly. This is a fast-paced non-temperature-controlled environment that requires accuracy as well as strong time management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include but are not limited to:

• Process, package and ship or load orders accurately
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory in appropriate locations
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse
• Safely operate equipment and machinery
• Accurately place label/markings to identify materials/orders
• Ability to read production schedule, various order forms and/or requisitions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• To perform this job successfully an individual needs to perform each essential duty accurately and efficiently, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Willingness and ability to work with a team as well as individually
• Ability to communicate effectively inside and outside the company
• Problem solving capabilities
• Reliable and punctual

EDUCATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability and to sit and/or stand for 8-10 hours a day or longer
• Physical stamina to lift 5-50lbs frequently throughout the day
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
