Job summary

RITE RUG CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC for a Monday–Friday schedule. The role involves loading/unloading flooring materials, picking orders, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Training for pallet jacks or forklifts is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives)
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews
• Operate the cutting machine
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: $17 to $19 an hour, depending on experience
