Job summary

ALL, Inc., part of the BMD family, is hiring for a warehouse associate to support appliance operations. You will prepare products for delivery, pick and pull with an RF scanner, and help with loading, staging, and basic installation as needed.

The role offers ESOP ownership, competitive pay starting at $17/hour, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in a safety‑mocused, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling large/heavy products with safety (lift up to 100 lbs with a partner).
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Warehouse or distribution experience; RF scanner preferred.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our warehouse and delivery operations, responsible for preparing products accurately and safely for our customers.

• Pick and pull appliances using an RF scanner.


• Load, unload, and stage products for delivery trucks.


• Verify product quality and quantities against delivery paperwork.


• Prepare, palletize, and secure items for shipment.


• Perform basic appliance prep (cords, hoses, minor setup).


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.


• Support deliveries and basic installation as needed.
