Job summary

Building Material Distributors, Inc. is seeking a customer service representative to warmly welcome showroom visitors and handle calls and emails.

You will resolve questions about orders, deliveries, warranties, products, and services, coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Purchasing, Installation and Accounting teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills, at least one year of customer service experience, and
