Job summary

DEX Imaging in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will pull, unbox, and inspect equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts, and record serial numbers with handheld scanners to ensure accurate pick tickets.

You will coordinate with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are delivery-ready, manage backorders and inbound shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience/ERP data-entry experience required.
• Ability to communicate across multiple departments in a multi-department environment.

Responsibilities

• Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts.
• Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision.
• Coordinating with Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are delivery-ready.
• Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies.
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring delivery documentation is completed and uploaded.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting.
• Keeping work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Serving as a team lead by taking ownership and supporting warehouse flow.

What is Required to do the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry)
• Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments)
