Job summary

DEX Imaging in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you enjoy active work and taking ownership, this role is for you.

You will handle pulling, packing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders, record serial numbers with handheld scanners, and coordinate with Set-Up, Logistics, and Purchasing to keep orders delivery-ready. We value teamwork, accuracy, and safety; a High School Diploma or GED and warehouse/ERP experience are required,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry).
• Worked in multi-department environment previously (communication across multiple departments).

Responsibilities

• Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts
• Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision
• Coordinating with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready
• Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable
