DEX Imaging in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support local warehouse operations. You will pull, unbox, and inspect equipment for sales orders and record serial numbers with handheld scanners, helping keep inventory accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience or ERP/data entry experience preferred.
• Experience communicating across multiple departments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts.
• Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision.
• Coordinating with Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready.
• Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies.
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting.
• Keeping work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What is Required to do the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry)
• Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments)

Or equivalent combination of education or experience.
