Job summary

DEX Imaging in Tampa, FL is seeking a detail-driven Warehouse Associate to support our local warehouse operations. You will pull, unbox, inspect equipment, and record serial numbers to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Set-Up, Logistics, and Purchasing, manage backorders, and maintain inventory accuracy while keeping your area safe and organized. A team-lead mindset will help you own workflow and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse operations and ERP data entry.
• Ability to communicate across multiple departments in a multi-department environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull, unbox, inspect equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Record serial numbers with handheld scanners and complete pick tickets.
• Coordinate with Set-Up, Logistics, and Purchasing to deliver orders ready for delivery.
• Manage backorders, transfers, and inbound shipments, tracking ETAs and discrepancies.
• Load/unload trucks and finalize delivery documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and system updates.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Lead the warehouse team by owning flow and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts
• Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision
• Coordinating with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready
• Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable

What is Required to do the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry)
• Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments)

Or equivalent combination of education or experience.
