Job summary

DEX Imaging in Nashville is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations. This role involves pulling, inspecting, and preparing equipment for orders, using pallet jacks and powered forklifts, and recording serial numbers with handheld scanners.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, warehouse/ERP data-entry experience, and strong cross-department communication skills to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pull, unbox, and inspect equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts.
• Record serial numbers with handheld scanners and complete pick tickets with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are delivery-ready.
• Manage backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure delivery documentation is complete and uploaded.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Serve as a team lead by owning warehouse flow and holding team members accountable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts
• Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision
• Coordinating with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready
• Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable

What is Required to do the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry)
• Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments)
