What We're Looking For

This role assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Day Shift: Monday - Friday.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.

Preferred Requirements

• Basic math and reading/writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and similar.
• Working from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts.
• Ability to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight confined spaces.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, or pulling.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers.
• Operating machinery or power tools.
• Operating motor vehicles, industrial L vehicles, or heavy equipment.
• Working in noisy environments.

Day Shift

Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM.

Wage

$17.50 per hour.

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
