Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an onsite Warehouse Associate for day shift. The role involves receiving and processing shipments, inventory control, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. You will train others, maintain safety standards, and support logistics workflows.

This position requires 1+ years of experience, PPE compliance, and being available five days a week. Day shift hours are 7:00AM to 3:30PM with a wage of $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision.
• Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing and walking.
• Support loading and unloading trucks as needed.

What We're Looking For

Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Parcel shipping processing.

• Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals
• Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
