Job summary

RFMW is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Distribution team in North Fort Worth. You will handle receiving, stocking, repack, order processing, and shipping to RFMW customers.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork while offering growth opportunities within Operations. The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, and requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and follow written work instructions.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, repack, process orders and ship accurately per PO.
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while meeting productivity goals.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in cross-training as needed.
• Follow RFMW policies on attendance and overtime as required.
• Support daily warehouse metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
