Job summary

RFMW is a distributor of RF and microwave products in the United States. The Warehouse Associate role is onsite at the North Fort Worth Warehouse, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, and entails receiving, stocking, repack, order processing and shipping to RFMW customers.

Please note that this position emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork, with cross training possible as needed and a focus on meeting internal and external customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Energetic and goal oriented.
• Proficient in basic English communication.
• Proficient with basic computer navigation and typing.
• Able to count accurately and perform simple math.
• Able to read English and understand simple instructions.
• Able to lift, push, pull and move objects up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Able to twist, stoop, squat, bend and reach frequently.
• Able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of climbing ladders and stairs.
• May require a material handling equipment license depending on equipment used.

Responsibilities

• Verify part numbers, quantities and packing slips; sort and store materials.
• Pick parts and stage for processing; repackage and label inventory for shipment.
• Prepare product for shipment with invoicing, packing, labeling and carrier labels.
• Ship orders and stage packages for daily carrier pickup.
• Support safety, quality and delivery metrics and adhere to SOPs.
