Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center. The role heavily uses RF/RFI guns to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will operate pallet jacks, maintain records in WMS, and follow OSHA safety guidelines. This position offers a day-shift schedule with minimal weekend work and on-the-job safety training, including forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner/RFI gun strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer or WMS system familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use RF/RFI gun to scan and track product movement.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders per company standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Label, document, and scan inbound and outbound shipments.
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against POs.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with staging and labeling.
• Maintain records in the warehouse management system.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep stock organized and replenish pick locations.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and report issues.
• Work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
