Job summary

RFMW, Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Fort Worth site to handle order processing, receiving, stocking, repackaging, and shipping. You will work onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm CST, in RFMW's Distribution department.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork, with opportunities to cross-train and support daily warehouse metrics while maintaining a positive, proactive work approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify supplier part number, quantity, lot code on packing slip.
• Sort and place materials on racks or in bins; pick parts for processing.
• Repackage and label inventory for returns; prepare for shipment per PO.
• Print packing slip, invoices, and ship orders with required labels.
• Maintain 5S standards and safety as part of daily duties.

Job description

Warehouse Associates working in the RFMW Distribution department are responsible for completing all orders for RFMW customers, including but not limited to: receiving, stocking, repack, order processing, and shipping. The role is accountable for meeting and exceeding company-wide expectations in areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, attitude/teamwork, and may be cross trained in other areas of Operations as needed.

RFMW is an electronic component distributor of RF and microwave products. This position will be onsite Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST at the North Fort Worth Warehouse.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Verify supplier part number, quantity, lot code on packing slip; sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins; pick parts and stage for processing; verifies part numbers, quantities, and then repackages according to customer purchase order requirements; repackage and label inventory to be returned to designated stock location; prepare product for shipment processing by invoicing, packaging, labeling, and boxing to industry standards; print customer packing slip, commercial invoice, complete required shipping documentation carrier labels and ship orders; stage packages in designated area for daily carrier pick-up.

Ensures RFMW meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned responsibility. Meets established quality goals in relation to errors measured as "parts per million" produced and productivity goals as defined by Management. Actively participates in job qualification audits and strictly adheres to all established standard operating procedures.

Maintains acceptable time and attendance based on RFMW policies defined by Human Resources and Operations; available to work overtime as required due to business demands.

Demonstrates a positive "team" oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments in full collaboration and cooperation with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Contributes to the ongoing success of the entire operations team by willingly accepting and embracing "other duties as required", ability to work independently with minimal supervision, works with a sense of urgency, and maintains an overall positive attitude focused on delivery of desired results for RFMW.

Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safe operating policies and expectations; notifies management of any observed safety hazards.

Supports daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Performs FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to ensure 5S standards are maintained.

Actively cross trains in other areas, as required, outside of primary job function.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; prior warehouse experience is preferred.
