Job summary

Global IT Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Fort Worth, TX to support inbound, outbound and internal logistics. You will perform receiving, picking, packing and shipping of products, and use RF scanners to track inventory.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining records and supporting cycle counts. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic problem-solving and ability to follow work instructions.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills with standard applications.
• 0-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and logistics operations to support inventory movement.
• Receive, pick, pack, and ship products; move and store materials with equipment.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and update transactions.
• Verify product accuracy and condition during handling and processing.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; maintain clean and safe work area.
• Maintain records of inventory movement and work performed.
• Support cycle counts and stock organization with inventory control.
• Prepare products for shipment including packaging, labeling and staging.
• Collaborate with team to meet productivity targets and adapt to priorities.
