Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Auburn, WA to receive, handle, stock, record, and dispatch goods within our distribution facility. You will follow established procedures to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

The role requires an HS diploma with related experience, ability to operate forklifts and basic computer systems, and a team-oriented safety focus. Overtime and occasional weekend shifts may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and manuals.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and warehouse software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and store goods; process shipments and select items per orders.
• Unload incoming goods; check for damage and discrepancies; assist with packing.
• Weigh or count items for distribution and verify quantity accuracy.
• Load trucks for customer delivery; ensure proper securing and routing.
• Enter stock data into computer databases and maintain accurate records.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Support inventory counts and follow safety regulations.
